The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 - January 2026.

What You Will Do:

In this exciting and fast-paced changing environment, your ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of people, process and technology while assisting with the daily operation of College & International Recruitment!

Performing pre-arrivals, onboarding, and arrivals day tasks including:

Attending arrivals day events and interacting with incoming participantsContacting participants via phone and/or emails to offer support that promotes a positive onboarding experienceResponding promptly to incoming candidate inquiries dedication and compassionReading reports in Brassring, Excel, and other systems

Day-to-day responsibilities including:

Answering multiple messages through our Disney Programs Support Site (Zendesk)Communicating with internal and external partners in a timely manner to request and/or deliver informationProcessing large amount of data entry ensuring accuracy and compliance within set timeframeManaging daily tasks and special projects with accountability on work output

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Ability to work independently and with a team, with minimum supervisionAbility to prioritize work and attention to detailDemonstrated analytical and critical thinking skillsProven ability to investigate, troubleshoot and provide solutionsGuest Services skillsOrganizational and time management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsTechnical proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license (operating a company vehicle may be required for this role)Must be a current Disney College Program participant or alumni of the Disney College Program

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Zendesk, Brassring, Workday or other similar applicant tracking systemsProven Bilingual skills

Education:

Junior or Senior year preferred

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: 

Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants:  You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.  Be at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.00 per hour.
