College of Medicine Curriculum Manager - Clerkship Phase

Reporting to the Director of Curriculum Management, the Curriculum Manager for the Clerkship and Individualizations Phases will coordinate the various aspects of the medical education program at the Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine at Belmont University in collaboration with faculty and staff.

Primary position responsibilities include:

Works in tandem with the Director of Curriculum Management to manage and submit the Curriculum Inventory to the AAMC and LCME.Develop the appropriate archival management of the course and curriculum materials.Develops training materials, instructional guides, and support resources for faculty and students. Supports the continuous monitoring and review of the medical education curriculum.Tracks and monitors course improvements, changes, and regularly updates the Office of Medical Education and Faculty Success staff on the status of courses. Works with faculty to embed case-based learning and other pedagogies into the medical education curriculum.Actively participate in various standing committees (i.e., curriculum committee and clerkship and individualizations phase subcommittees).The above statements describe the job's essential responsibilities and requirements.
