**40381BR** **Extended Job Title:** College Recruiter -Admissions and Graduate Recruitment Coordinator **Position Description:** Represent Texas Tech University both on and off campus to prospective students, parents, staff, and faculty of colleges and universities to attract quality applicants and achieve enrollment goals. Coordinate and contribute to the success of various visit schedules for colleges and universities in the assigned area. Plan assigned recruiting events and programs. Counsel prospective applicants on the admissions process and opportunities at the university. The Graduate Admission Recruiter will develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll high-quality graduate students in the College of Education's diverse programs. **Requisition ID:** 40381BR **Travel Required:** Up to 25% **Major/Essential Functions:** + Develop and execute targeted recruitment plans in collaboration with graduate program coordinators and college administrators. + Organize and participate in recruitment events, both in-person and virtual, to promote graduate programs. + Collaborate with the marketing team to create and disseminate engaging recruitment materials, automated communication, and marketing across various platforms. + Analyze enrollment data to inform recruitment strategies and report findings to stakeholders. + Develop a budget for recruitment efforts and scholarship allocation to graduate programs in partnership with the Associate Dean for Enrollment Management. + Work with Director of Marketing, Graduate Admissions Coordinator and program faculty to develop first contact communications and a workflow for new inquiries and oversee consistent messaging to applicants throughout the application process on behalf of the college and programs. + Develop an understanding of all graduate programs, including program requirements, target audience, resources, and any state or national certifications offered. + Develop and sustain partnerships with local and regional school districts, education agencies, and community organizations to promote graduate programs. + Coordinate outreach efforts between faculty, school administrators, principals, and district leaders to introduce professional development and graduate opportunities tailored to their workforce. + Organize informational sessions, professional development events, and networking opportunities to engage educators in discussions about graduate education. + Serve as a liaison between Texas Tech University and external stakeholders to increase awareness and accessibility of graduate education opportunities. + Provide reports to faculty about recruitment efforts in department meetings on a standing basis. + Provide targeted attention to programs that need to increase enrollment and Help coordinate website design efforts to include recruiting information (e.g., images, tag lines, selling points). + Other duties as assigned. **Grant Funded?:** No **Minimum Hire Rate:** 18.48 **Pay Basis:** Hourly **Work Location:** Lubbock **Preferred Qualifications:** + Strong, effective communication skills, strong technology skills, highly organized, friendly and outgoing personality, knowledge of recruiting, ability to work independently, ability to travel, ability to multi-task + Experience in higher education admissions and recruitment. + Experience with Banner, Salesforce, and other Texas Tech University systems. **Department:** EDUC Graduate Office **Required Attachments:** Cover Letter, Professional/Personal References, Resume / CV **Job Type:** Full Time **Job Group:** Academic Support Professionals **Shift:** Day **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree plus one year related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal five years. **Does this position work in a research laboratory?:** No **Navy Enlisted Classification Code:** 3766, 9587 **Army Military Occupational Specialty Code:** 79R, 79T **Air Force Specialty Code:** 8R000, 83R0 **Marine Military Occupational Specialty Code:** 8411, 4801 **Safety Information:** Adherence to robust safety practices and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations are responsibilities of all TTU employees. **Pay Statement:** Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
