Vanguard’s College to Corporate Internship Program is an immersive, hands-on experience at one of the world’s leading investment firms. Extensive training, real-world experience, hands-on opportunities and mentorship from professionals will all aid in broadening your technical expertise. You’ll receive exposure to the software life cycle and positively impact our clients through exciting assignments. Make it count!

In this internship:

Build high-impact solutions that allow Vanguard to perform at its best and do what’s right for investorsSupport achieving client outcomes and giving our investors the best chance at investment successGain hands-on experience in software development and practice Agile & LEAN methodologies in a dynamic environmentShare your insights and drive outcomes individually and in collaborative, supportive environmentsBuild a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders and peersMeet regularly with your department manager and internship program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship

What it takes

In pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or related technical/engineering subject matter requiredStrong interest in financial services, finance industry and/or investment systemsCumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferredDemonstrated leadership skills and/or leadership aspirationsEffective analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a team-oriented environment
