As part of the Analyst track, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping Vanguard safe day in and day out Vanguard’s College to Corporate Internship Program is an immersive, hands-on experience at one of the world’s leading investment firms. Extensive training, real-world experience, hands-on opportunities and mentorship from professionals will all aid in broadening your technical expertise. In this internship you will:
Drive security strategies for Vanguard to perform at its best and protect investorsSupport achieving client outcomes and giving our investors the best chance at investment successGain hands-on experience in security strategy, risk mitigation, and digital ethics while practicing Agile & LEAN methodologiesShare your insights and drive outcomes individually and in collaborative, supportive environmentsBuild a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders and peersMeet regularly with your department manager and internship program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorshipWhat it takes
In pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, Security, Risk, Cybersecurity or related technical/engineering subject matter requiredStrong interest in security/threat analysis, fraud mitigation, and reportingCumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferredDemonstrated leadership skills and/or leadership aspirationsEffective analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a team-oriented environmentSpecial Factors
