Job Summary Operations Coordinator (hourly - 40 weekly) is someone interested in maintaining proper and accurate inventory and pricing while assisting the Store Manager/Replenishment Team with the overall success of the location. Some nights and weekends are required Key Responsibilities Include (in addition, 50% of time focused on the Nutritional Consultation Role) Receives and stocks daily orders in a timely manner Maintains correct pricing, conducts cycle counts, and reports with high degree of accuracy Communicates with the Replenishment Team about inventory and special needs Ensure company meets its sustainability goals related to the environment, employees, community and YOY improvement in sustainability Required Qualifications Outstanding customer service and communication skills 2+ years related experience or equivalent, with preferably two years in the retail Demonstrated ability of successfully partnering with others (ex. merchandising & purchasing) Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Experience with MS Office Are you hard working, interested in a career in retail, e-commerce, or the pet industry and have a positive can-do attitude, love the natural product movement, and are interested in being involved in a wide range of marketing projects? If so, please send resume and salary requirements. The Colorado pay range for this position is from $13.57 to $18.57. Exact rate of pay will be based on relevant experience level, training, skills or knowledge and store location. In no instance will PetSmart pay less than the local minimum wage.
