\nResponsibilities (include but not limited to):\n\n\tIndividual will professionally instruct the customer's personnel in accordance with established Curriculum, TTPs and TCSs; and resident knowledge as applicable per craft in coordination with this PWS.  Develop and standardize training materials, training aids, planning processes, and training procedures.  Provide subject matter expertise regarding Combat Craft maintenance, electrical and operational systems.  Lead/assist maintenance systems integration efforts and assist in the design/develop/management/instruction of new curriculum and doctrine.\n\n\n\n\tProvide professional instruction in design, operation, maintenance, and sustainment of CCA, CCM, and CCH engineering systems, electrical primary and auxiliary systems, hull integrity and other structural components. Components and systems include but are not limited to:\n\tRAW Water System\n\tJacket Water System\n\tEngine Lube Oil System\n\tHydraulic System \n\tSea Rex Outdrives\n\tFuel System\n\tElectrical System\n\tSteering System and Control Unit\n\tSSN-8 System\n\tCommunications Systems\n\tHVAC System\n\tBallast System\n\tWeather Panel System\n\tAncillary Precision Equipment\n\tPre-Operation Procedures\n\tPost Operation Procedures\n\tCraft Trouble Shooting\n\tTrailering Procedures\n\tOver the Road Procedures\n\tPrime Mover and Trailer Operations \n\tPrime Mover Pre-Operation Procedures\n\tPrime Mover Trouble Shooting\n\tTrailer & Pony Motor Pre-Operation Procedures\n\tTrailer & Pony Motor Operations\n\tTrailer & Pony Motor Trouble Shooting\n\tPier Based Hoisting and Lowering Operation\n\tPreventive Maintenance (3M)\n\tPre and Post Operation Safety measures \n\n\n \n\n\n\tProvide subject matter expertise and assist government personnel in developing and maintaining the following: Maintenance Plans and Procedural TTPS and SOPS.\n\n\n\n\tPerform duties as a CCA/CCM/CCH Technical Advisor.\n\n\n\n\tProvide professional instruction in design, operation, maintenance, and sustainment of CCA, CCM, and CCH engineering systems, electrical primary and auxiliary systems, hull integrity and other structural components.\n\tTrain designated personnel in Basic Diesel Engine Fundamentals curriculum developed by the customer's Engineering Department. \n\tTrain designated personnel in Basic Electrical Fundamentals curriculum developed by the customer's Engineering Department.\n\n
\nRequirements:
\nGeneral -\n\n\n\tPossess a valid state driver's license.\n\n\n\n\tActive SECRET Security Clearance. \n\n\n\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\n\n\n\tPrior military experience preferred. If applicants are previous military personnel, they shall have received an honorable discharge from military service and have never lost applied specialization during military career.\n\n
\nJob Specific Knowledge and Experience\n\n\n\t5 years’ minimum experience within the last ten years as a SBT Combatant Craft Maintenance Manager and/or Technician.\n\n\n\n\t5 years’ experience as NAVY Instructor supporting or augmenting active-duty training cadre with subject matter expertise, echelon IV level combat systems integration efforts, scheduling/planning, classroom instruction, practical field training, final training exercises, troop movements, consumable supply management and performance as opposing forces (OP4.) as necessary.\n\n
