As an Intern supporting Comcast Business HQ Engagement and Strategic Projects, you will support Events, activations, survey communication and action, recognition and CB culture. **What are some interesting problems the** **student** **will work on?** You’ll identify gaps in the employee journey and help us create meaningful experiences for employees based on their feedback. Develop project plans and event plans. **Where can this** **student** **make an impact?** You’ll be working with our HR Team to shape the employee experience and working with employees to gather feedback for action. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Produce original content including written promotional materials and graphics to support events and programs, working closely with the Human Resources, Talent, Operations & Product Communications and Marketing teams. This may include graphics packages, custom infographics, etc. + Participates in planning and hosting employee engagement activities and events.Support in-person CB Events for employees on the Philadelphia campus and activation plans for other locations through content development, materials gathering, etc. + Creates and organizes event materials, interacting with employees, managing vendors including food and beverage and facilities teams + Manages and maintains the organization, publication, and documentation aspects of team tools and projects + Interacts regularly with senior executives + Coordinates with content providers in the design and development of job aids, learning tools, and other communications to enhance user effectiveness + Intern have the opportunity to shape their core projects based on their individual goals, in addition to newsletter and content development. Some intern core projects have included: developing a co-op cohort program to create community among other Comcast Business co-ops, launching location-based Yammer pages for our multi-location HQ teams, creating Metrics dashboards to track communication engagement, or video production. + Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Preferred Skills** + Communication, writing skills + Graphic Design + Event Planning + Project Management, project management tools + Preferred Majors: Hospitality, Communications, Business Management, Business Administration **Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements** + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university + Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025 - Spring 2027) + Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating) + Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025 + Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs + Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering) + Comcast is an Affirmative Action/EEO employer M/F/D/V Comcast is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
