Working with a variety of automation tools and coding languages, our team is continually developing and delivering processes that simplify the user experience and reduce busy work. Students will work with a collaborative team of Information Systems Analysts and Technical Developers to learn how to interpret business needs and translate them into a developed solution. These solutions greatly reduce or even eliminate recurring data entry and other chore-oriented tasks of our business partners, freeing them up to perform the more value-add, analytical and business impacting work. **Role Description** If you like to solve problems, work with both technical and non-technical partners and achieve transformative, high-quality results – this is the Co-Op for you! In this role, you will work hand in hand with technical leads and our finance partners to develop automated solutions for business processes. You will gain exposure to a robust set of tools that enable you to find dynamic solutions for business problems that require end to end process automation. You will be working towards the most efficient possible solutions that minimize or eliminate manual efforts across functional teams. Where can this student make an impact? You will be working with a variety of developers and business partners in your efforts to creatively automate business processes. Success in this role is characterized by creating solutions that are efficient and provide high speed to market, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships across functional teams.
