Command Center Maintenance Technician
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Command Center, Maintenance Technician for a top Pharmaceutical Client. In this role, you will be responsible for closely monitoring BMS and CMS dashboards and control systems, addressing any alarms, irregularities, or fluctuations promptly. You will investigate and resolve equipment anomalies, escalating issues when necessary to minimize downtime and ensure comfort. Accurate logs of calls, alarms, incidents, and resolutions must be maintained, adhering to cGMP requirements. Operating equipment within the BMS to support preventive maintenance and end-user needs is key, as well as acknowledging alarms generated by maintenance activities and documenting them properly according to cGMP guidelines. Regular inspections of utility systems will be conducted to identify potential issues and develop preventive maintenance plans. You will also troubleshoot complex problems with utility systems and equipment, providing technical expertise to resolve these issues. Additionally, you will support the maintenance team with basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain optimal facility operations. The compensation for this role ranges from $40/hr to 43/hr depending on skillset, education, and years of experience. Benefits are also offered for this role. Skills and Requirements 0-5 years of pharmaceutical facilities experience   In depth knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems)   Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions   Proficient in computer software packages - specifically BMS and CMS Systems   Competent in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to team members and stakeholders   Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor A desire to make an impact as part of a high-growth, transformational company that is Bold, Relentless, Curious, and Collaorative  Responsibilities:    Regularly monitor BMS and CMS dashboards and control systems to detect and respond to alarms, irregularities, irregulaties, or fluctuations in    Promptly investigate and resolve alarms or anomalies I equipment operation, esclating issues as needed to minimize downtime or discomfort.    Maintain accurate logs of calls, alarms, incidents, and resolutions, and acknowledge as required within cGMP systems    Operate equipment within the BMS to support preventative maintenance and end user needs.
