We’re looking for a Command Center Supervisor to join our team. + Ensures operations run as planned through answering questions, increasing productivity in existing processes, systems training, and problem resolution. + Identifies trends with system and process problems and works with all necessary departments to correct. + Responsible for rolling out new system and process or addressing issues, including design, implementation, evaluation, efficiency, problem solving, and maintenance. + Conducts testing prior to any changes and roll out of tool/s or process. + Develops and/or provides input to and maintains department/branch plans, budgets, policies, or procedures. + Guides, coaches, and trains operations personnel as necessary. Initiates or authorizes employee hire, promotion, discharge, or transfer while working in conjunction with HR.
