Description of Duties\:

The Command Control Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Laboratories and Warfighters (CLAW) Stakeholder Task & Integration Manager (STIM) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will\:

 

·         Be a senior SME with a proven understanding of customer requirements and knowledge of what skills and resources will be needed to meet those requirements.

·         Be charged with ensuring and reporting overall task order (TO) performance, cost, schedule, and mission success.

·         Be the TO point of contact responsible for interfacing MDA and TO stakeholders and customers throughout the TO life cycle

·         Provide on-the-ground communications and coordination, advocate for TO priorities, and perform integrated scheduling and de-confliction at the TO level.

·         Schedule formal, quarterly TO-level performance reviews and status updates with TO customers and stakeholders.

·         Ensure coordination, communication, and integration among the STIMs, Department Directors, and TO requirements, scheduling, and resources.

·         Internally coordinate and integrate across the contract with the Jacobs Team Department Directors to identify and integrate resources to meet stakeholder needs for their assigned TOs.

·         Partner between other STIMs and Department Directors to provide agility in workforce utilization, training, and tools.

·         Make judgments required for planning, prioritizing and organizing a diversified workload.

·         Address complex challenges and drive forward despite setbacks.

·         Drive organizational changes to better support customer requirements

 

The successful candidate will\:

·         Be able to deliver insightful leadership and analysis in several areas, to include team building, business model adjustments, project planning/management, technical implementation, and potential organizational realignment to accommodate altered service models.

·         Be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse group of external and internal associates within the organization.

Basic Requirements\:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience\: HS Diploma (or GED) and 18 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 16 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 14 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 12 years of general experience

 

·         Must have 10 years of directly related experience

·         Must have 8 years of management or leadership experience

·         Must have experience working on contracts at the Missile Defense Agency

·         Must have training or experience in Command-and-Control Battle Management Communications (C2BMC)

·         Must have 2 years of experience working within Missile Defense Agency

·         Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance

 

Desired Requirements\:

 

·         Have a Master’s degree

·         Have a working knowledge of and experience with Earned Value Management

·         Have extensive knowledge of IT systems

·         Have a working knowledge of the Missile Defense System or Missile Warning

·         Have extensive program management experience

·         Have organizational management experience

 

This position is expected to pay $172,000 - $197,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
