Position Summary:
The Commercial Account Executive II plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing key accounts. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and strategically positioning our technology solutions to meet those needs. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The Commercial Account Executive II acts as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
o Identify and prospect potential clients, both new accounts and existing clients.o Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and opportunities.o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.o Present and demonstrate company products or services to clients effectively.o Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.o Work with the sales team and sales leadership to forecast revenue, set targets, and develop sales strategies.
Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)3+ years of related sales experience, specific experience selling API driven solutions a plus. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects over phone, email, and other channels.o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about prospecting approaches.o Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and goals.o Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.o Demonstrated Success engaging and closing net new customers.o Ability to connect with C Level executives in the e-commerce space.o Successful track record of meeting and surpassing quotas.o Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.$50,000 - $83,000 a yearThe posted salary range represents the base compensation for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including, bdut not limited to, experience, education, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
