About Position
Commercial Account Manager, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, is the Commercial Area resource who, in coordination with Technical Account Manager follows, in terms of sales, promotion, maintenance and development, assigned customers.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Responsible for business results in terms of tons, turnover, Gross Margin, number of active customers product mix' by customer/sales area Keeps track of the economic/financial situation of its customers; Maintains constant exchange of information with Technical Account Manager and Customer Service; Development Customers portfolio; Collaborates with Product Managers in knowledge of the market and especially with respect to products used by customers by identifying their quantities, prices, competition. Visits Customers in own area independently or jointly with the Business Manager, Technical Account Manager, Product Manager and main suppliers; Develops the number of customers and increases, in terms of sales and promotion in cooperation with the technical account manager, the number of products per customer Utilizes CRM-Customer Relationship Management in all its functions; Performs proper segmentation of customers following company criteria; Performs Gap Analysys and manages Spot Business participation in sales and corporate, industry, product meetings; participation in customer-focused seminars and industry trade shows.Requirements and experience:
Master’s degree in business administration (preferably) Commercial experience in chemical distribution; Fluent English (written and spoken); Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong negotiating skills; Ability to influence and customer orientation; Strong results orientation; Good planning and organizational skills and ability to work by priorities; Entrepreneurship in managing one's own area; Willingness to work with diverse and cross-functional teams; Strong motivation, willingness to get involved, curiosity, enthusiasm, open-mindedness and ability to work in both a local and international context; Willingness to travel.We are committed to a diverse workforce and a culture of inclusion.
