Our client is one of the largest independent brokerage in Western Canada. They are known for their dedicated team focused on delivering the best solution for customers, grown to 10 offices and over 200 people. They are currently in search of a Commercial Account Manager to service a book of business with medium to large accounts in various industries.
 
The Commercial Account Manager will work alongside a Producer, service existing clients and collaborate with administration, underwriters, management and other advisors in the office.
 
About The Position:
Act as the primary customer service contact, handling inquiries in person, over the phone, or via emailRespond to customer requests, either directly or through the Producer, and submit information to appropriate insurance companiesParticipate in account reviews, promote additional products and services, and provide value-added services to clientsPrepare submissions, applications, proposals, cover notes, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoicesStay updated on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance partnersMarket accounts including new, renewal, and midterm changes Job Requirements:
Level 2 Alberta insurance licenseYou have minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Account Manager at a brokerageYou have a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutionsCAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an assetCompensation:
