The Commercial Analyst shares responsibility of rebate and pricing process, contract management, maintain/develop ANZ Vascular PBI dashboard as well as the contribution to continuous process improvement, system implementation.
Major ResponsibilitiesMaintain contract list (rebate, commercial deals, pricing, tenders) to make sure it’s all up to dated, alert any expiring contracts to internal stakeholders Management of rebate/commercial deal processEnsure rebate/commercial deal calculation, accrual and revenue adjustment is aligned to latest contractsEnsure rebate/commercial deal system adjustment on timeEnsure timely liaising with customer for rebate payment with accuracyProvide insightful contract performance reporting both internally and externallyBe able to highlight contract performance issues with internal stakeholders for actionsManagement of pricing processCreate and maintain pricing master data to ensure all invoicing is accurate and consistent with the approved commercial policyUpdate product price changes in SAP on timely manner post new agreement execution or list price changeSubject matter in pricing matters, be able to point of contact for all pricing queriesAnalyze pricing discrepancies and work with sales, customer service and external customers to solve the issues on a timely mannerEnsure internal controls are designed and operationally effective in relation to the processing of pricing changesBeing the custodian of pricing governance ensuring all discounts have the required approvals and manage the documentationsEnsure all documentations and approvals are in controlled environment Contact point for commercial deals for audits of SOPs relating to pricing, tender and commercial proposals Process improvementProactively identify and address process gap and come up solutions for improvementUnderstand project management foundation and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement new initiativesOpportunity to further develop in expanded commercial finance function including contract proposals, Dashboard development, business partnering and system implementation.Minimum Background/ Experience RequiredMinimum 3 years’ experience in commercial finance environment experiencing in financial modelling, contract and tender will be advantageous.Advanced in excel is a must and PBI skill will be advantageousHealthcare industry experience will be advantageousExperience in system implementation and PBI dashboard development will be advantageousStrong analytical mindsetStrong attention to detailExcellent clear communication in verbal and written formatEducation Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting/Finance. CPA or CA qualified preferred
