The Commercial Analyst delivers advanced financial and commercial insights to support informed decision-making and drive actions in EEMEA, with a focus on MENA. This role combines business acumen and technical expertise to transform data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations for business leaders. **What you will do** + Gather and build data dashboard/analytic plan for EEMEA with vision of “single source of truth” philosophy. Develop timeline, budget and resource requirements to deliver on plan + Build strong relationships across the division to ensure alignment on data footprint, utilize existing dashboards/platforms, and technology strategy + Identify and implement BI tools required to support Division/Country leaders in their decision-making process + Conduct analysis by aligning objectives with senior leaders, sourcing data, and building or coordinating dashboard deployment with Operations and Finance + Create impactful dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insights for decision-making + Leverage data analytics to deliver timely insights, highlighting risks and opportunities for stakeholders + Develop training and communication for end users to support dashboard and tool adoption + Gather competitive market data to spot trends in segments/channels + Forecast sales growth across timeframes, ensuring accuracy + Identify new opportunities and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency **What you need** + University Degree preferred + Technical experience required + Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in analytics/market analysis, preferably in the Medical Device industry + Knowledge of JDE, COGNOS, PowerBI, Salesforce.com (CRM) or equivalent systems preferred + Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities and manage projects to a timely conclusion + Effective oral and written communication skills, able to present complex analytics to key stakeholders + Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience at creating a story behind the numbers + Ability to comprehensively understand master data, transactional and analytical data hierarchies, sources and relationships + Project management experience and teamwork-oriented Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
