The individual will be accountable for managing complex legal tasks, handling diverse teams, and showcasing strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: • Handling commercial litigation cases with precision and diligence. • Conducting comprehensive discovery and managing electronic stored information (ESI) effectively. • Drafting legal documents and motions in a timely and efficient manner. • Demonstrating strong writing and analytical skills in all aspects of work. • Conducting and managing depositions professionally. • Displaying strong leadership and management skills in all interactions. • Collaborating effectively with diverse teams of attorneys and staff. • Ensuring to work independently when required and making informed decisions. • Navigating through dynamic work environments and adapting to changing scenarios. Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law. • Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney. • Demonstrable proficiency in commercial litigation is necessary. • Must have hands-on experience with discovery procedures. • The ability to proficiently draft legal documents is a prerequisite. • Experience with motions and depositions is expected. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. • The candidate should have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are important. • The candidate must possess good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
