Description Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3-5+ years of experience in California law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, antitrust, and consumer protection matters. This role requires an experienced litigator who is California-barred and has successfully handled litigation in California courts. Key Responsibilities: + Represent clients in state and federal courts across California in all phases of litigation. + Handle complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, antitrust, and consumer protection cases. + Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions and motions for injunctive relief. + Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, discovery responses, and appellate briefs. + Manage all aspects of discovery, including depositions, document review, and e-discovery processes. + Prepare witnesses and experts for depositions and trial testimony. + Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as necessary. + Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on litigation risks and dispute resolution options. Requirements Qualifications: + Active California Bar membership (required). + 3-5+ years of litigation experience in California courts. + Strong background in complex commercial litigation, including experience with breach of contract, fraud, antitrust, and consumer protection cases. + Extensive experience in motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. + Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. + Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Prior experience at a law firm or in-house legal department handling commercial litigation preferred.
