As the Commercial Auto Associate, you will be providing exceptional service to fleet clients. You will apply your superior attention to detail and excellent client service skills while working closely with clients to meet their commercial auto needs. You will help build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients with helping to answer client inquires and requests.

A day in the life-

Service and maintain existing fleet accounts.Meet existing clients’ needs and process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements.Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentationContact clients for renewal informationTake client calls and answer questions regarding coverages.Update client information and policies  as changes occurAnswer account related questions/requests from clientsProvide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiryAssist walk-in clients

What you will bring to our team -

Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgencyMotivated to help support a diverse team Commercial Auto/Fleet  experienceLevel 2 insurance license is preferredPro-active and a self-starterA keen attention to detailStrong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needsDemonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationWorks well in a fast paced, client-focused environmentMotivated to contribute within a team environmentIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Salary Expectations –

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $70,00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
