What you'll be doing

As a member of the Commercial Banking Health Care team, you’ll work to build enduring business partnerships with our clients.

As a Commercial Banking Associate, you will complete a 3 month training program that teaches you the skills you will need throughout your professional career, including sales, learning how to build your professional brand, and negotiation training. At the same time, you will gain real-world experience working alongside seasoned commercial Healthcare bankers. You will gain in-depth product knowledge in the areas of financing, treasury management, private banking, and derivatives. After your training program is complete, you’ll play a key role in the preparation of credit requests and provide support to the relationship managers working specifically on health care deals.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, you’ll be on-site full-time.
