Summary:
The Commercial Banking Delivery Specialist administers multiple functions for the Commercial Lending team, including providing sales, client and other administrative support, arranging meetings, creating reports, and completing delegated tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support for four to six managers (including one lead manager) and/or credit officers byScheduling internal and external meetings in OutlookSetting up conference callsManaging daily calendar of lead managerMaintaining up-to-date contact cards in OutlookCompleting expense reportsMaking travel reservationsUploading approval, portfolio review, criticized asset reports and other presentation materials to SharePointDistributing reports and other reference materials as neededCoordinating mixers/meetingsOnboarding new colleaguesCompleting ServiceNow TicketsMaintaining Business Continuity PlanScanning, copying, faxingMaintaining copiers/scanners/printersOrdering suppliesSorting and distributing mailSupports sales efforts of managers and their respective teams byInputting prospects, opportunities and referrals into MAX Salesforce, changing statuses as needed to keep information accurate and current (as primary or back up)Managing proper relationship assignments in MAX Salesforce, ensuring proper parent/child alignment and appropriate relationship manager and team assignment (as primary or backup)Logging call reports into MAX Salesforce (as primary or backup)Creating Credit Compliance Monitoring Forms in MAX SalesforcePreparing various weekly reports using MAX Salesforce data (as primary or backup)Researching prospects using Avention software and assisting with the development of prospect lists (as primary or backup)Preparing meeting agendas and sales materials as needed (as primary or backup)Coordinating Product Partner interactions and reporting on behalf of team leadWorking with Proposal Direct and Deal Management to assist in the preparation of pitch books and sales decks, as neededScheduling treasury management relationship annual reviews between Relationship Manager and Treasury Management Sales Advisor (as primary or backup)Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of relationship summaries (as primary or backup)Creates and distributes reports, includingInternal meeting agendas and attachmentsWeekly workload reportProfitability reports from OnePoint, sorted by manager and team memberMonthly portfolio lists from AFS, sorted by manager and by team memberInternal colleague/partner phone listOther reports, compiled from a variety of sources, as neededHandles various tasks on behalf of managers and their respective teams, such asAnswering client questionsPerforming customer service related tasksWorking with internal partnersWorking as a team with other Commercial Banking Delivery Specialists in department, providing backup as neededProvides additional customer support on behalf of manager's team byPreparing Deposit Account Control Agreement Questionnaires and following the DACA process through completion, which includes working with attorneys and clientsAssisting the relationship managers for timely completion of Know Your Customer and Know Your Account Forms for new accountsBacking up loan closer by printing and organizing execution copies of closing documents as neededTracking fees charged to cost center on behalf of client (appraisal and other) and work with team to pursue reimbursement from client (as primary or backup)Performs other duties as assigned
Basic qualifications:
1-3 years' experienceHigh School Diploma
Preferred qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Commercial Banking is preferredCompetency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is strongly preferredAbility to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues and all levels of managementDesire to provide excellent service to both internal and external clientsStrong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-taskAbility to collaborate with othersProven problem solving skills to handle complex issues, including a willingness to be resourceful and work independently
