We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commercial Business Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on process optimization, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive commercial success. You will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze current practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions that integrate with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop streamlined workflows that enhance productivity and effectiveness.Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and supported throughout the transition process.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to gather requirements and develop comprehensive process maps.SDLC Integration: Work closely with project teams to ensure that business processes align with SDLC methodologies, supporting successful project outcomes.Performance Management: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the success of process improvements and overall business performance.Ownership and Initiative: Take ownership of process improvement projects, demonstrating initiative in identifying opportunities and proposing actionable solutions.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that business processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and workflows to support transparency and consistency.Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress on initiatives.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably in a commercial setting.Strong understanding of business process modeling, optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and change management principles.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with a focus on initiative and ownership of projects.Familiarity with compliance frameworks and risk management practices.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Axos Employee Benefits May Include:
