Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Acting as an unbiased advisor and subject matter expert (SME) facilitating strategy-level technology projects for digital solutions such as ERP, CRM, WMS, route accounting, and more across a variety of commercial industries but primary focus will leverage F&B/CPG experience.Participate in business process improvement and systems assessments to develop business cases and roadmaps for identifying and communicating the benefits received from technology solution optimization or modernization.Advising on digital transformation initiatives including managing solution evaluations and procurement projects as well as guiding change management and implementation support activities.Developing expertise on Plante Moran’s proprietary methodologies and tools as well as contributing to continuous improvement efforts of our internal assets.Advancing subject matter skills in enterprise software selection and implementation project management across a variety of commercial industries.Syndicating knowledge to other team members based on industry experience as well as understanding business processes, challenges, and trends.Guiding consultant staff throughout client project engagementsDemonstrating a passion for industry and technology through research, thought leadership, professional networking, and obtainment of applicable certifications.Supporting business development activities including networking, developing proposals, and participating in presentations to prospective clients.Working with a team in business development activities including meeting with prospects, project scope definition, work plan and proposal development.

The qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Process, Industrial, Mechanical) or related field is required.4-7 years of hands-on production operations or sales/financial operations business process experience within the business-to-retail F&B or CPG industries.Operating experience in an enterprise solution such as ERP, WMS, CRM, etc.Strong communication, both verbal and business writing skills, with the ability to effectivelycommunicate to a diverse audience ranging from technical professionals to C-level executives/leaders.Ability to efficiently manage multiple client projects and practice activity needs.Project management competencies with the ability to work both independently and within a team.Frequent travel with an expected average of 50-70% overnight travel with variability based on
