We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Commercial Buyer:

Your contribution to something big;

Being a part of an international team and responsible for Selected suppliers in Turkey and further countries with focus on packaging but also other material groups for 14 different Bosch HC plantsManagement and development of the supplier base under your responsibility to achieve high results in terms of e.g.:Material Costs: Lead the yearly Price negotiations and initiate and lead Commercial projects like supplier changesDelivery: Support the Logistics Team if the supplier struggles to fulfill the demandsQuality: Continuous improvement of supplier quality performance in cooperation with Purchasing Quality TeamEvaluation and ensuring of appropriate supplier capacitiesEnsure tooling life Management and  Management of Engineering changesManagement of tool purchase activities for suppliers by ensuring transparency for the cost

Qualifications

What distinguishes you;

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Industrial EngineeringMin. 3 years experience as a Buyer or a Purchasing engineerExcellent level of English; German language skills are a plusGood negotiation and communication skillsSupply chain management skillsAnalytical mindsetStrong team playerStrong in problem solvingHigh self-motivation and pro-active approach
