Kforce has a client that is seeking a Commercial Card Operations Specialist in Los Angeles, CA. The schedule will be Monday - Friday 8am-5pm PST. Duties/Tasks: * Auto Payments * Client enrollment to the Business Online Portal and/or CentreSuite * Opening Colleague Corporate Cards * Various legacy client maintenance activities * Answer Commercial Card Phone line and create cases in Salesforce corresponding to phone calls to log * Work out of Commercial Card Email inbox via Salesforce * Troubleshoot CentreSuite client issues via phone or email * Troubleshoot client inquiries around balances, declined transactions, etc. in the TSYS Credit Card System * Fulfillment of Commercial Card Tickets from the Ticketing System * Onboarding of new Client accounts (Commercial, Small Business, and/or Consumer) if needed * Other duties as assigned
