Commercial Card - Product Delivery Manager - Payments - Vice President

  As a Product Delivery Manager in Payment’s Commercial Card business, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. 
  Job responsibilities Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners  Build - assist in the development, launch, maintenance and training of an Innovation Governance Framework (IGF) inside the Commercial Card business Guide – guide in-scope product, partnership, project and event initiatives for assigned solutions sponsors and functional partners through key milestones of the IGF, connecting initiative owners to required teams and workflows (TPO, NBIA/PSCM, RTL, etc.), ensuring document/artifact storage, etc. Advise – advise assigned solutions teams + functional partners as their single point-of-contact into the IGF workflow (ex, CC Master Calendar questions, Cabinet update scheduling, process feedback, etc.) Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Ability to develop presentation decks, reports, and dashboards Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Experience in Commercial Card or B2B payments industry preferred Experience in Agile project management methodology preferred
