About This Job
The Commercial Card Servicing and Operations Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support for Axos Commercial Card clients. This role involves servicing Commercial Card program administrators and cardholders, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, and effectively addressing issues related to fraud, payments, and disputes.Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Commercial Card clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issuesManage customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all inquiries and support on program administrator portalOnboard new Card Programs and train on use of client portalsMonitor transactions for suspicious activity and potential fraud, conducting investigations and coordinating with relevant departments to mitigate riskEscalate identified fraud cases to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolutionOversee the processing of payments and transactions, ensuring compliance with operational controls and policiesHandle escalations related to payment processing, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfactionAssist customers with dispute inquiries, providing guidance and support throughout the resolution processCollaborate with internal teams to investigate disputes and communicate outcomes to customers effectivelyEnsure adherence to regulatory requirementsParticipate in training and development activities to stay current on compliance standards and industry best practicesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, transaction inquiries, and resolutions in compliance with bank policiesGenerate reports as needed to track operational performance and identify areas for improvementQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably with a focus on Commercial Card servicing and operationsProficiency in using FIS eZ Business platform, and Service View preferred or other credit card management applicationsStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and WordExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clientsStrong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesDemonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing client relationshipsAxos Employee Benefits May Include:
