Commercial Cards Product Manager, HK, AVP
**About the business:** Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) as part of Citi's Services business, provides award-winning integrated cash management and trade finance services to multinational corporations, financial institutions, SME/ MMEs, payment intermediaries and eCommerce marketplaces, and public sector organizations across the world. The TTS business across both clusters in Asia - Japan, Asia North & Australia (JANA) and Asia South (AS) provides market-leading capabilities and solutions, to build and develop deep client relationships across 16 markets. This role sits within the Payments product in TTS and located out of Hong Kong. Payments is a key strength and differentiator for TTS and Citi, given the unmatched global network and years of operating experience, many of them exceeding 100+ years. **Commercial Cards** This role involves product management responsibility covering the **Commercial Cards** product portfolio, including the implementation of its value proposition strategy and B2B solutions that help businesses realize cost savings, convenience and operation efficiencies. The right candidate will need to understand competitor strengths and weaknesses to uncover opportunities to drive revenue growth **Key Responsibilities:** + Responsible for driving revenues of the Commercial Cards product portfolio. + Understand customer needs and market trends and translate market opportunities into new offering and product enhancements. Engage with regional/global product teams and drive the local roll-out of global offerings and / or enhancements in order to maintain and enhance Citi’s position. + Be a subject matter expert, and trusted advisor to clients, who understands key pain points for clients and how we can add value and differentiate Citi offering from competition. + Implement product initiatives, including technology platforms roll out and digitization. + Partner with Commercial Cards Sales, TTS/CCB sales and Banking to drive new deals as well as to grow utilization of existing facilities and programs. Manage and facilitate approvals with key stakeholders when required. + Provide ongoing product support for Sales teams and Banking on products and / or channels, including arranging product training sessions for the sales team, banking, and operations and ensuring that the products are properly supported by client delivery. + Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the implementation, operation and servicing teams, and look for ways to improve efficiency, turnaround times and ensuring minimization of operational losses/errors. + Ensure Product Program(s) are maintained and updated in a timely manner in accordance with Global Product Program and local regulatory and legal requirements, working with key stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations). + Manage performance, risk control and expense with internal and external vendors. **Qualifications/ Skills:** + Graduate / Postgraduate qualification preferable + Analytical skills to interpret business reports, identify gaps or opportunities and develop appropriate actions for product enhancement/portfolio growth. + Proven experience and ability to influence change/progress and collaborate well amongst stakeholders across teams or functions + Excellent business development, customer service and relationship management skills. + Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills **Competencies/ Experience:** + Self-driven & highly motivated team player who can multi-task & deliver results under pressure. + Meticulous with critical eye for details. + Keen learner ready for challenges and stretch responsibilities. + Sound knowledge and understanding of Cards and Unsecured Lending landscape in Hong Kong. + Strategic business/financial acumen and ability to identify business opportunities, to improve expense management and business performance + Preferred - At least 3 years of Commercial Cards experience or similar role from a related industry, attuned to B2B needs and solutions in the market. ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Product Management and Development ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Product Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
