**Job Title: Carpenter | $25-35/hr** **Job Description** Our client based out of Altoona, PA is seeking 4 experienced carpenters to start a new commercial build down in Cumberland, MD. The working schedule is Monday – Friday | Daylight, start and finish times will be established on the first day. ( Typically, 6:30 arrival for a 7am start – working until 3pm – 4:30pm ) Our client will meet with anyone who has spent a minimum of 2 years on a commercial outfit. **Required Skills** 1. Blueprint Reading | Accurately interpret and follow technical drawings and plans. 2. Formwork | Build molds and forms to hold concrete in place during setting. 3. Material Handling | Measure, cut, and handle materials with precision. 4. Assembly | Erect, align, and secure forms using nails, screws, and bolts. 5. Concrete Work | Assist with the pouring, spreading, and finishing of concrete. 6. Must bring your own hand and power tools. **Project Description** 1. New Builds (Commercial Warehouse) 2.
