Job Title: Commercial Carpenter
Job Description

Seeking Commercial Carpenters to join a commercial construction company in the greater Cincinnati area to support mostly interior remodeling projects. These are interior remodel projects, not new builds. The hiring manager is open to considering candidates who are not masters of all carpenter duties. He is very interested in learning which job duties each candidate prefers, enjoys, or is an expert in, and which job duties each candidate dislikes or lacks skills in.

ResponsibilitiesInstall and repair doors, windows, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures.Install and repair drywall, ceiling grids, metal studs, and framing.Perform painting tasks.Safely use hand and power tools.Plan, layout, and install projects.Read and interpret blueprints.Essential Skills2-3+ years as a commercial carpenter.Experience with hand tools.Project experience from commercial and/or industrial sites.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Experience in interior construction and finishing.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with commercial doors and construction.Renovation and restoration skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in laying out and installing ACT.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work on commercial and/or industrial job sites, with most projects in office spaces. The focus is on interior remodel projects, not new builds. The shift is 1st Monday-Friday from 6:30/7 AM to 3/4 PM.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
