**Commercial Carpenter Foreman** **$25-45 HR rate / located in Elgin, Illinois** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Carpenter Foreman to join our team. You will work on various projects, including medical office buildings, retail spaces, and office fit outs. You will typically work from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, wearing jeans, a t-shirt, and safety boots. You will work with 1-2 other carpenters and a foreman, depending on the job size. Our team consists of 100 field personnel, including superintendents, and laborers, who value a friendly and cooperative work environment. **Hard Skills** + Commercial Carpentry + Drywall + Framing + Acoustical Ceilings + Blueprint Reading + Selective Hand Demolition + Wood (Rough) Carpentry + Millwork and Finish Carpentry + Drywall Hanging + Taping, Spackling, and Finishing + Metal Stud Framing + ACT Ceiling Installation + Installation of Doors + Frames and Hardware Installation + Working with Hand Tools + Working with Electric Tools **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Elgin, Illinois. **Work Environment** You will work in a team-oriented environment with 1-2 other carpenters and a foreman.
