Your profile:

A commercial qualification

Good knowledge of spoken and written English

Experienced in dealing with the MS Office package (especially Excel and Word)

Your duties:

Transactional processing of premium and claims

Manage settlement of funds to and from clients/markets in a timely manner

Reconciliation of client/market accounts

Identify and apply incoming cash, reconcile unapplied cash

Capturing relevant contractual terms and conditions in the accounting system

Adhere to the accounting standards as prescribed by the Global Client Support (CSS) Professional Standards Manual

Correspondence with insurers and reinsurers

Interact with other company areas (Broking, Broker Support, Finance, Compliance)

Attend client or reinsurer meetings as requested
