**Commercial Collaboration Sales Account Manager - Hybrid Work Model**
For an outstanding, sales opportunity that is a Hybrid Work Model in our Commercial organization where we are in the office three (3) and work from home two (2) days per week. This role offers the ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend events. The role will work with our Commercial customers to accelerate HP's strategy to create a more growth in hybrid work solutions. The rise of hybrid work is creating sustained demand for HP technology that enables seamless collaboration across home and office environments.
**Education & Experience Recommended**
* High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Typically has 4-6 years of related work experience in B2B sales, account management, inside sales, or business development, preferably high-tech or a related field.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving account growth.
* Quota carrying responsibility
* High proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and sales performance metrics.
**You Will:**
**Lead Account Management & Customer Relationships:**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts.
+ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
+ Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
+ Conduct regular meetings and communications to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
**Drive Your** **Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:**
+ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth for each assigned account.
+ Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively seek new customer to expand the customer base.
+ Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
+ Drive upsells and cross-sell initiatives to maximize sales within existing accounts.
**Lead Negotiation & Closing Deals:**
+ Lead negotiations and sales discussions with customer to secure agreements that meet both their needs and company goals.
+ Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by closing new business and renewing existing contracts.
**Execute Sales Performance & Reporting:**
+ Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
+ Provide regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and account performance to senior management.
+ Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and ensure follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
**Demonstrate Market & Product Expertise:**
+ Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to offer relevant and timely solutions to customers.
+ Provide customer with insights and guidance on industry best practices, product offerings, and services.
+ Collaborate with product teams to ensure that customer needs are met, and that product development aligns with market demands.
**Work Collaboratively & Cross-functionally:**
+ Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for customer.
+ Facilitate smooth transitions between the sales process and post-sales support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Provide input to the marketing team on customer needs and preferences to help shape future campaigns and promotions.
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $67,700 to $100,200 annually, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix . There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
