Job Description
We are seeking a Superintendent to support a large upcoming project in Bel Air, MD. This ground-up, mixed-use building will be 5 stories and valued at $10 million. The project includes 1 story dedicated to 2 restaurants, 2 floors of office space, and 2 floors with 10 apartments each. The project will break ground before October, so we need a PM on-board as soon as possible to assist in preconstruction. Responsibilities include creating all contract documents, obtaining bids/estimates from subcontractors, selecting subcontractor teams, creating budgets and schedules for the field team, overseeing all communication with owners, tenants, and developers, running progress meetings, obtaining permits and documentation from state/county organizations, and handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Will be working in the office and doing site visits for progress meetings. Small project teams will consist of a Superintendent, PM, PE, and President.
