Job Description
The Commercial Construction Superintendent will manage construction projects for a general contractor/construction management company in West Michigan
This role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing project tasks by supervising field staff, sub-contractors, and ensuring overall project safety and quality.
The Superintendent will monitor construction activities from the start of the project through completion and will serve as the primary communication link between trades, disciplines, clients, and office leadership.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Construction Director, this role requires daily reporting and proactive communication.
Projects will include commercial, education/K-12, retail, and industrial sectors, with values ranging from $3M to $5M.
Construction types will include pre-engineered steel buildings, structural masonry, steel frame, and wood frame.

The pay range for this position is $33.70 - $43.30
