Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Interior Superintendent to join our project team. This role is essential for our upcoming January projects and is perfect for someone with a strong experience in commercial construction, particularly within healthcare interiors.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of interior construction projects from inception to completion.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Effectively manage subcontractors and ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications.Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA 30 standards.Coordinate and communicate with owners, executives, and project teams.Document and report on project progress and any issues that arise.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial superintendent.Strong experience with healthcare interior projects.Proven ability to manage subcontractors and ensure project deliverables.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.OSHA 30 certification.Experience with interior retail, office space, and infrastructure projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong computer and documentation skills.Experience with larger project teams, both in office and field environments.Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Work Environment
This position involves working on-site, either in an office setting or a project trailer. The construction environment will expose you to various site conditions, and you must adhere to safety standards and protocols.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00
