Job Description
We are seeking a Superintendent to support a large upcoming project in Bel Air, MD. The project involves the construction of a ground-up, mixed-use building consisting of five stories and a $10 million budget. The building will feature one story with two restaurants, two floors of office space, and two floors with ten apartments each. This position requires immediate onboarding to assist in preconstruction activities as the project will commence before October.

The role involves working in the office and conducting site visits for progress meetings. The small project team will include a Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and President. The company is growing and expanding outside the local market but will not require travel. This position offers a fast track to a Project Executive role within 36 months for interested candidates. Additionally, the company will occupy one of the office spaces in the building upon its completion.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
