**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for leading all strategic commercial contracts and process issues arising in the region, supporting the regional team on commercial matters and improving existing processes. Key function is to establish and maintain efficient processes in the framework of a compliant culture across the region.
+ Acting as a business partner by applying combined business and legal judgment to proposed deals, relationships and other issues requiring legal or compliance attention.
+ Drafting, reviewing and negotiating strategic business agreements and transactions such as (but not limited to) customer sales contracts, amendments and sales agreements
+ Advising the business on regulatory, privacy, antitrust and advertising/promotional matters
+ Providing regulatory and compliance advice- in conjunction with the Regulatory and Compliance specialist areas in GE Healthcare.
+ Supporting on dispute resolution and litigation where appropriate
**Required Qualifications**
+ JD degree with 3 to 5 years of experience
+ Demonstrated experience prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast paced environment.
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Prior experience with contract drafting and negotiation and customer/client interaction and relationships.
+ Experience of the Healthcare industry and previous exposure to medical industry regulations (FDA, Medicare/Medicaid anti-kickback).
+ Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
+ Ability to communicate using English and outstanding interpersonal skills.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $110,400.00-$165,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
