This role is a pivotal part of Pepsi Beverages Company’s success, supporting the customer team and Director to drive sales growth and profit objectives (Volume, Net Revenue, Profit – for both PepsiCo and the customer). You will collaborate with top-performing teams, build impactful relationships, and work with senior stakeholders on business planning that makes a difference. Your Impact In this dynamic role, you will: Lead Performance Management: Act as the primary contact for the Circle K Team, ensuring seamless management of performance metrics and financial spending. Analyze Business Trends: Stay ahead by identifying trends, customer developments, and competitive activities to make data-driven forecast recommendations. Drive Reporting Excellence: Track internal business trends through daily and weekly reporting by division and business unit, ensuring accurate execution and post-sales analysis. Own the Merchandising Calendar: Build and maintain the National Merchandising and Pricing Calendar, customized for Circle K’s unique needs. Optimize Pricing: Manage Pricing Zones and support pricing strategies for the Circle K National Office and Business Units. Master Invoicing Processes: Validate, analyze, and manage invoicing to ensure accuracy and timely payments. Solve Distribution Challenges: Partner with the BOT Distribution Team to address and close distribution gaps. Maximize ROI: Track merchandising placements and evaluate their return on investment using the National Merchandising Calendar. Manage a $3M Marketing Budget: Plan, execute, and track this critical budget through the full cycle, ensuring impactful programming. Foster Key Relationships: Build strong connections with the National Team to enhance business value for PBNA. Deliver Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect actionable insights and drive strategic improvements. Streamline Processes: Implement efficiencies, simplify processes, and leverage technology to standardize reporting. Solve Problems Proactively: Identify root causes and implement effective solutions internally. Provide Quick, Creative Solutions: Address business needs with innovative thinking and a sense of urgency. Enhance Account Health: Identify opportunities for improvement and elevate overall processes. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Key Skills and Experience: Data Analytics & Sales Expertise: 5+ years of experience, preferably in a consumer packaged goods company. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance; Master’s degree is a plus. FMCG Experience: Prior experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company is essential. Analytical Prowess: Ability to build and interpret performance reports, balance budgets, and manage invoices effectively. Exceptional Communication: Strong skills in asking the right questions and presenting clear, actionable reports. Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SAP/ERP, and other PepsiCo systems, with a willingness to learn new tools. Change Management: Demonstrates accountability, follow-through, and a proactive approach to solving challenges. Creative Problem-Solving: Brings innovative solutions and fresh perspectives to business needs. Relationship Builder: Develops strong partnerships for team and customer success.
