Commercial Credit Controller

NHS Shared Business Services are currently seeking a Business-to-Business Credit Controller to recover public funding on behalf of dozens of NHS organisations. All whilst providing outstanding customer service via our dedicated phone lines and email inbox.

This is a hybrid working role, and as a new employee, training will be full time in the newly refurbished Leeds office for up to 6 weeks, followed by one day per week after you have settled in.

What you'll be doing:

Connecting with business customers via telephone lines and central collections' mailbox to recover unpaid invoices for various goods and services.Making sure all business customer accounts are thoroughly reviewed to understand the full background of each individual case and updated after each interaction, including notes and status changes.Resolving B2B queries around invoices.Assessing B2B customer’s circumstances to resolve disputes and queries over the phone, resulting in a successful outcome for both the debtor and the business.Working towards achieving daily and monthly targets both individually and as a team.

What you’ll bring:

A proven history of working to and achieving targets and objectives in a FCA regulated Collections environment.Experience of working in a high pace environment.Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills, with a confident and friendly manner.Excellent administrative skills and time management.Ability to assess and prioritise work lists.IT literate - A good knowledge of computers and office software, including Microsoft Office.
