Commercial Director Job ID 201712 Posted 16-Jan-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance, Administrative, Consulting Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America **About the role:** As a CBRE Commercial Director on account, you will be responsible for assisting with the oversight of the accounts commercial obligations and growth opportunities. **What You’ll Do:** + Coordinate and manage the commercial daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. + Assist with the development of commercial strategies according to the account goals and objectives aiming to speed up growth. + Serve as primary account expert for commercial elements of the account contract + Complete modeling of strategic business decisions and impact on account P&L + Track account adherence to guaranteed savings targets + Serve as primary account expert for change control management + Manage baseline development for any new CBRE business + Develop pricing models for potential new CBRE business + Work with the Sr. Management to develop the commercial strategy. + Provide team guidance towards business and operational activities. + Ensure achievement of financial goals and monitor performance. + Collaborate with Sr. management and coordinate diverse teams for special projects. + Manage performance of overall account activities using metrics and prepare reports for senior management. + Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, business, and key drivers that impact departmental and cross-functional performance. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring,appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. + Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Sophisticated math skills. The minimum salary for the Commercial Director position is $140,000 annually [or $67.31 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Commercial Director position is $150,000 annually [or $72.12 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
