Working closely with the Customer Excellence Manager you will provide input to budgets and long-term plans, ensuring timely reporting. Together, you will shape the future of Lundbeck Australia, making a significant impact on the industry and driving success through strategic initiatives and ethical business practices. **What you bring to the team** To succeed in the role, you would need to have the following qualifications: + A degree in business administration + Education or extensive experience in commercial disciplines or life sciences.\Proficiency in Veeva, Qlik, Power BI and other relevant marketing and sales tools. + Understanding of pharmaceutical business and market conditions in Australia, particularly in Psychiatry and Neurology. + Proven track record in strategic planning, marketing, business analytics and cross functional leadership. + Advanced leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams. + Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the pharmaceutical industry. + Strong strategic business acumen and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. + Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. + Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. + Solid strategic mindset for developing and executing long-term business strategies. **Our promise to you** Lundbeck offers an inspiring workplace and innovative culture, where our curiosity, accountability and adaptability enable us to transform lives.
