The Opportunity:
The Commercial Driver position will be at the Harrison, AR. warehouse and serve as the secondary driver. When needed, the commercial driver will drive the company tractor and trailer to deliver products to our customers. Driver routes will typically be 4-10 stops per route, will require the driver to unload via lift gate with pallet jack, and transport/place palletized product inside the customers’ location. Driver will be expected to use ELD and log all activity and follow all state and federal regulations. Routes are generally <150 miles round trip but could be longer including interstate depending on DC location.

Primarily assist with warehouse operator duties and responsibilities by transferring materials, unloading, processing, loading and storage areas.Move outgoing product using hand truck, forklift, or other material handling equipment, in accordance with all safety policies, to loading dock.Perform Commercial Driver duties when necessaryReceive, sort and place incoming products in appropriate warehouse location.Record amounts of material shipped or received in Victory computer system.Mark materials and product with Victory inventory codes.Organize the warehouse for cleanliness and safety at all times.Sweep, mop and perform other routine maintenance.Safely operates tractor and trailer for the delivery of product and materials.Perform vehicle inspections as required.Operate mobile apps on phone for ELD and proof of delivery.Provide outstanding customer service during delivery.Follow all safety rules for equipment and material handling as required by DOT, OSHA and Company safety program.Ensure all orders are delivered in good condition and in full as per the bill of lading.Communicate effectively with operations staff about customer concerns.Utilize material handling equipment, such hand trucks.
What you need to succeed:
Forklift experience and certificationCurrent CDL Class A licenseOne or more years’ experience as a warehouse operator preferred.No preventable motor vehicle violations within last 12 monthsCurrent medical certification card.One or more year(s) experience driving a tractor trailer.General fluency in English required, verbal and writtenBasic computer literacy preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
