Candidate Requirements: Licensing: Must hold a valid Journeyman License or Residential Wireman’s License Background: Experience in commercial electrical work is acceptable; prior residential experience is not required Comprehensive 30-Day Upskilling Program: 

Residential Systems Training: Hands-on experience with residential electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting. Soft Skills Development: Training in client-facing interactions, ensuring you feel confident communicating and building trust with homeowners. Service Protocols: Familiarization with residential service standards, ensuring seamless and professional service delivery. World-Class Training: Led by a Master Communication Coach, this program is designed to help you maximize your earning potential by confidently presenting necessary repairs and upgrades to homeowners.
