You’ll primarily be responsible for connecting, forwarding requests, and assisting clients whose primary service is completed by a carrier service center. You are the person responsible for connecting our clients with the service centers for quick, friendly, and immediate assistance. Other responsibilities of the Associate Account Manager I t role include:  + Billing questions, change requests, ID cards, certificates of insurance, cancellation form. + Provides quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers. + Communicates with company personnel regarding client’s needs and/or issues. + Fields phone calls from insured regarding questions about their coverage, changes, payments, cancellations, etc. + Input/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as required.   **You’re Great At**   Ideally, you’ll be well versed in customer service, exercising outstanding verbal and written communication. You should have strong data entry skills and possess the ability to exercise independent judgement.  You should also have a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Being an entry level position, insurance experience is not required. Additionally, working with Microsoft Office products is a regular experience and strong knowledge in these applications will help.   **Here’s What We Can Offer**   This position provides an excellent starting point in the insurance industry, and the opportunity to get your Property and Casualty license. The expected salary range for this position is $23/hr to $27/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
