The Commercial Excellence Analyst for Packaging Coatings USCA will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing execution of all areas of Sales Excellence (CRM, Pipeline, sales process tools, training) to increase sales team efficiency & effectiveness and supporting business growth. You will have a hybrid schedule, 3 days in office, 2 days remote, at our Pittsburgh General Office. You will report to the General Manager, Packaging Coatings Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation and Optimization of commercial strategies and processes within the USCA RegionDevelop and Implement Commercial Excellence KPIs and dashboard reporting for the GM to measure productivity & effectiveness of field sales team (win rate, capture rate, lead conversion rate etc.).Support development and utilization of standardized sales reporting tools to enable commercial teams to accomplish growth strategies.Work cross functionally to develop sales & product playbooks and track mechanism for new programsServe as a critical liaison between leadership, a variety of stakeholders and the field sales teams to capture best practicesChange champion to increase commercial excellence adoption into all commercial team members within the regionStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in commercial excellence to drive continuous improvementAccountable for sales capability assessment / detailed improvement plan to address gaps in field team effectivenessCoordinate effective and purposeful training content – both sales and product training.Accountable for KPI development of effectiveness of training activitiesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.5+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales, process improvement, business management or similar roleExperience with CRM systems, including high level/super user, data reporting, training usersStrong analytical skills with experience in using digital tools such as Excel and Power BI for data analysisExcellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skillsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to positively influence and challenge supportively and effectively where appropriate#LI-HYBRID
