Position Overview:
This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across key commercial processes in the region and will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver change and positive impact on business performance. With a focus on driving scalability, productivity and resource efficiency across primarily the UK and BeNeLux region, but also the wider EU Direct Markets, the role will identify, plan and action opportunities and track the outcome and impact on the business in pursuit of our goals. As part of these efforts, this role will be a key participant in our International Commercial Review process to deliver against the foremost improvement needs across the wider international business, and in this capacity is responsible for representing the needs of the region clearly and with supporting evidence and business case support.

Potential Investigator
Identify opportunities to streamline, improve and automate commercial processes, to ensure maximum efficiencyContribute to or lead the development of commercial strategies to profitably maintain/grow accounts in line with Insulet International's business strategy. This includes developing new business opportunities for additional direct markets.Identify further improvement opportunities for existing markets to deliver sustainable business growth.Develop a framework to present opportunities and expected outcomes for management review and prioritisation.Define standard reports/dashboards to drive efficient management decisions and enable data-driven insights & analytics providing actionable insights to commercial teamsEnsure consistent work systems and processes and their KPI-based controlImplementation Facilitator
Manage the effective implementation of CRM/ERP system improvements and process optimisation to ensure seamless customer acquisition and retention, working closely with all necessary departments such as IT and relevant stakeholders.Facilitate collaboration and communication between various departments including sales, marketing, finance, etc.Champion and facilitate any organisational changes using change management methods and present the results to senior management.Develop and implement efficient and standardised processes to enable the organisation to adopt new ways of working and procedures.Provide tools & instruments to enable the organisation to manage the new processes based on KPIs. This includes training on how to use them appropriately.Ensure that appropriate resources and skills are in place to deliver the required continuous improvement culture throughout the new processes.Building corporate culture

Excellent analytical and project management skillsAbility to challenge and collaborate at all levels of the organization within and outside of direct teamAbility to mentor and coach individuals and teams to achieve optimal performanceKnowledge of the medical device / diabetes market and its reimbursement are a plus.Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex problems.Strong communication skills, self-organization, hands-on mentality, and pragmatism are necessary qualities for a successful jobStrong command of English language (verbal and written); German, Dutch and/French are a plus.Exceptional computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365.Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning/Tableau, Microsoft or SAP HANA is an advantage.Education and Experience
BS/BA degree; MBA a plus and/or equivalent combination of education and experienceRelevant experience typically working as a Project Manager, Commercial Excellence Manager, Business or Strategy Consultant, (potentially) Program Manager or in FP&A with a Commercial backgroundRelevant experience gained working within Medtech - in Diabetes a plus, Pharma, Business Consulting/Strategic Management.Experience in working in a cross-functionally and matrix environmentPassion in dealing with new technologies for digitalization and automation is assumedExperience in setting up and developing structures and processesAdditional Information
