Providing commercial excellence functions to commercial business teams, leading by SFDC CRM management, Customer Acquisition and Retention (CARe) relevant CE project, Sales Forces Effectiveness, Distributors Excellence and Sales Incentive Planning, review & execution, pricing & distributor information managingBe overall accountable for the management and development of the specific commercial excellence projectsResponsibilities :
Greater insight into diverse stakeholders and their impactHigher levels of planning and process excellence to support cross-functional working amongst Sales, Marketing and Sales OperationsNew and enhanced Commercial Excellence tools to support the more complex environment and selling mechanismsDevelop strategy (and integrate across Commercial Operations) for achieving commercial excellenceLead supportive roles in Commercial Excellence : Targeting and SFE, sales & marketing excellence, commercial business insights as well as distributors managementUnderstand organizational skills gaps and drive continuous skills improvements across the businessDrive commercial & customers, distributors excellence programs and strategic planning to a higher levelManage/lead key cross-functional projects to improve operational excellence, sales team’s productivity and innovationQualifications / Experience :
Bachelor's degree is required.At least 3 years of commercial excellence experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry with a reasonable blend of consumer and prescription led experience. Successful marketing and sales management track record.Has previously demonstrated the ability to set a new strategic CE project (like SFDC CRM, Distributor Excellence, SAP) for a business and lead an organization through an effective change process. Strong analytical and business intelligence skills in respect to gaining and interpreting customer insights. An established track record of creativity, innovation, and measured risk-taking. A history of developing relationships with distributors, customers and internal key stakeholders. Fluent in both English and local language is preferred.Competencies and Attributes :
