Commercial Experience Coordinator
Job Summary: Company: Live Nation (Music) UK Limited Department: Commercial Experience Location: Farringdon, London and travel to events where required Reports to: Head of Commercial Experience / matrixed to Bars Operation Manager and Food Operations Manager Working Hours: Full time with additional event working as appropriate Contract Type: Fixed term contract (estimated duration, 6 months / end September 2025) Role Description The Commercial Experience Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the commercial experience team during our festival season, with a primary focus on data coordination and process management. Key responsibilities will include overseeing the festival concession portal, ensuring timely and accurate updates to stakeholders, and handling precise data entry. As a representative of the department, the Coordinator will maintain an important level of professionalism in all interactions. Acting as a liaison between departments, this role will support both commercial operations and customer experience initiatives. The Coordinator will collaborate with various Live Nation teams, including Finance, Operations, Sustainability, and Digital, providing a fantastic opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations. This role requires strong collaboration with both internal teams and third-party partners, including trader management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working to tight deadlines, possess excellent attention to detail, and be proficient in various digital platforms. Additionally, the Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for our cashless (EPOS) project, ensuring that trader menus and pricing are correctly uploaded to the portal, facilitating smooth operations at festivals, and collecting relevant data. Who you are Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience + Microsoft Office Suite skills including confidence using Excel inc. advanced functions + Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are critical + Excellent communication skills + Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines + Strong administration, time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment against critical deadlines Desirable + Having prior experience working onsite at a festival would be advantageous + Large scale events working Behaviours The following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a success + Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude + Teamworking + Flexibility to meet the needs of the business, including working hours What the role includes + Manage and coordinate the concession portal, ensuring accurate data collection and performing related administrative tasks. + Review food trader submissions, process selections, and assist with ongoing planning. + Support set-up and updating of cashless master file per event. + Evaluate trader menus and pricing, then upload the finalised menus to the cashless platform. + Attend regular department meetings and provide clear, concise updates to key personnel. + Organise and attend meetings, providing minutes where necessary. + Perform general office duties and offer remote support for Zoom meetings. + Provide on-site support for events at UK and Ireland festival locations as needed. + Export, enter, and analyse data for ongoing reporting. + Offer general administrative assistance to the Commercial Experience team, including support with accommodation bookings, festival accreditation, and travel arrangements.
